AN ACT
RELATING TO TAXATION; REPEALING MULTIPLE TAX CREDITS, DEDUCTIONS AND EXEMPTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. TEMPORARY PROVISION--APPLICABILITY OF REPEALED TAX CREDITS AND DEDUCTIONS.--The tax credits and deductions pursuant to Sections 7-2-18.4, 7-2-18.5, 7-2-18.8, 7-2-18.11, 7-2-18.17, 7-2-18.21, 7-2-18.24 through 7-2-18.26, 7-2-34, 7-2A-8.8, 7-2A-14, 7-2A-15, 7-2A-17.1, 7-2A-18, 7-2A-23 through 7-2A-26, 7-2D-8.1, 7-2E-1.1, 7-9F-9, 7-9F-9.1 and 7-9I-5 NMSA 1978 shall not be claimed for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2017.
SECTION 2. SECTION 3. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2016.
