    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 285, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Items 2 and 3 of House Floor Amendment number 2.

    2. On page 1, line 15, after "DEFINING", insert ""ANTHROPOGENIC CARBON DIOXIDE" AND".

    3. On page 1, between lines 21 and 22, insert:

         "A. "anthropogenic carbon dioxide" means carbon dioxide

captured from an industrial source, which would otherwise be

released into the atmosphere as industrial emission of greenhouse

gas;".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
