AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR SUPPORT AND CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE SPECIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AT THE ROSWELL CAMPUS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred nineteen thousand five hundred dollars ($219,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2017 for program support and continued operation of the special services department at the Roswell campus of eastern New Mexico university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2017 shall revert to the general fund.
