HOUSE BILL 205,as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 20, strike "and".

     2. On page 3, line 24, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and" and between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new subsection:

          "I. collaborate with the state independent living council and through the state plan for independent living identify the designated state agency to administer the independent living services program and to work to execute the transition for fiscal year 2018.".
