    1. On page 2, line 5, strike "state" and insert in lieu thereof "jurisdiction".

    2. On page 2, line 6, strike "or any other sovereign nation".

    3. On page 5, line 25, strike "licenses, renewals" and insert in lieu thereof "initial licensure, license renewals, reinstatement of revoked or suspended licenses, reactivation of inactive or expired licenses, criminal background checks".

    4. On page 10, line 9, strike "and" and insert lieu thereof "or".

    5. On page 16, lines 3 and 4, strike ", and judicial review of the board's decisions,".

    6. On page 17, line 19, strike "and".

    7. On page 17, between lines 19 and 20, insert:

         "E. a reinstatement fee, not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200); and".

    8. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
