has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 17, strike "FOURTH AND" and insert in lieu thereof "EIGHTH OR".

    2. On page 8, lines 4 and 5, remove the brackets and line-through and strike the underscored language.

    3. On page 8, lines 10 and 11, remove the brackets and line-through and strike the underscored language.

    4. On page 8, lines 16 and 17, remove the brackets and line-through and strike the underscored language.
