HOUSE BILL 81

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 20, after "person", insert "knowingly".

     2. On page 3, line 3, strike "gave the authorization" and

insert in lieu thereof "knowingly authorized".

     3. On page 3, line 4, strike "permission" and insert in lieu

thereof "knowingly permitted the use of the vehicle".
