     2. On page 2, line 10, strike ", 42 U.S.C." and insert in lieu thereof "of 1990, as amended".

     3. On page 4, line 10, after "the", insert "latest".

     4. On page 4, line 13, strike ", 42 U.S.C." and insert in lieu thereof "of 1990, as amended".
