     1. On page 3, line 17, strike "adjudication" and insert in lieu thereof "determination".

     2. On page 3, line 20, after "domestic", insert "or sexual".

     3. On page 3, line 22, after "domestic", insert "or sexual".

     4. On page 9, line 9, after "determines", insert "by clear and convincing evidence".
