    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 48, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 18, strike lines 23 and 24 and insert in lieu thereof:

"the state is guilty of a fourth degree felony and shall be sentenced under the provisions of the Criminal Sentencing Act to imprisonment for a definite period not to exceed eighteen months and, in the discretion of the sentencing court, to a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), or both, unless:".
