    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 5

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, strike lines 14 and 15 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

             "(2) in the first fiscal year following the effective date of the amendment proposed by this resolution, and in each of the nine immediately subsequent fiscal years, an amount equal to one".

    2. On page 5, line 1, after the first comma, insert "a charter school,".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
