has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 20, strike "ninety-five percent".

    2. On page 3, line 1, strike "NINETY-FIVE PERCENT".

    3. On page 3, line 4, strike "of ninety-five percent".

    4. On page 3, line 6, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 7 through 12 and insert in lieu thereof closing quotation marks.

    5. On page 3, line 19, strike "of ninety-five percent".

    6. On page 3, line 21, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 22 through 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof closing quotation marks.
