    1. On page 6, line 13, strike "insurance company" and insert in lieu thereof "insurer".

    2. On page 14, line 5, strike "A person" and insert in lieu thereof "An individual".

     3. On page 15, lines 17 and 18, strike "PARTNERSHIP OR CORPORATION" and insert in lieu thereof "BUSINESS ENTITY".

    4. On page 42, line 5, strike "authority" and insert in lieu thereof "insurance".
