AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A TEEN COURT PROGRAM IN RIO RANCHO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) is appropriated from the juvenile adjudication fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 for operation and administration of a teen court program in Rio Rancho. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2016 shall revert to the juvenile adjudication fund.
