AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY SERVICES COLLABORATIVE IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal years 2016 through 2021 to establish a five-year community services collaborative pilot in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2021 shall revert to the general fund.
