    1. On page 1, lines 20 and 21, strike "four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($425,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "three hundred eighteen thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($318,750)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
