SENATE BILL 419

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, strike lines 17 through 23 and insert in lieu thereof:

         "F. The senate rules committee shall hold hearings on a cabinet secretary who is rated as minimally effective or ineffective.".

    2. On page 7, line 7, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 8 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
