    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 352

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 19, after the period, insert:

     "Economic development rates and rates designed to retain load shall be adjusted to include increases of systemwide costs as part of any future rate case.

         C. As used in this section, "incremental cost" means fuel and purchased power costs, costs recoverable from customers pursuant to the Renewable Energy Act and the Efficient Use of Energy Act and the direct costs of facilities necessary to provide service to the customer.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
