SENATE BILL 325

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 14, strike "two" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

    2. On page 3, line 15, after "to", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 16 through 18 and insert in lieu thereof "agreements between health care practitioners who are shareholders, owners, partners or directors of a health care practice.".
