    Your WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR SENATE BILL 319

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 17, strike "SIXTY DAYS AFTER THE COMPLAINT IS FILED" and insert in lieu thereof "NINETY DAYS OF RECEIVING A REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION FROM A COUNTY".

     2. On page 3, strike line 14 in its entirety and on line 15, strike "department" and insert in lieu thereof "any necessary state permit".

     3. On page 5, line 21, after "within", strike the remainder of the line up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "ninety days of receiving a request for determination from the county. An existing business or enterprise for which bonds were previously issued by the county pursuant to the County Industrial Revenue Bond Act shall not be entitled to file a complaint pursuant to this section".
