has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 2, after "I.", insert "of a state-chartered charter school".

    2. On page 3, line 20, after "from", insert "charter", and after "school", strike "district".

    3. On page 8, lines 7 through 11, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
