has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 10 and 11, strike "at least".

    2. On page 2, line 14, after "the", insert "annual", strike "credit" and insert in lieu thereof "certificate".

    3. On page 2, lines 16 and 17, strike "renewable energy credit" and insert in lieu thereof "number of megawatt-hours of renewable energy certificates".

    4. On page 6, line 3, strike "a commercial scale or public sector" and insert in lieu thereof "an".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
