SENATE BILL 95, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 22, line 18, strike "six" and insert in lieu thereof "eight".

    2. On page 23, line 17, before the period, insert ", neither of whom shall be a police officer or retired police officer or have familial or financial connections to a police officer or any agency or department for which a police officer works".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
