has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a colon.

    2. On page 2, line 1, strike "the following divisions:".

    3. On page 2, line 5, strike "division".

    4. On page 6, line 6, after the period, insert "Nothing in this section erodes or changes the powers and duties of the law enforcement academy board as set forth in Sections 29-7-3 and 29-7-4 NMSA 1978.".
