SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 53, as amended

    1. On page 34, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 19. DELAYED REPEAL.--Sections 1 through 15 of this act are repealed on July 1, 2020.".

    2. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
