     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "BENEFIT" and insert in lieu thereof "LIFE INSURANCE BENEFITS".

      2. On page 1, line 17, strike "BENEFIT TRUST FUND" and insert in lieu thereof "LIFE INSURANCE BENEFITS TRUST".

      3. On page 1, line 18, strike "benefit" and insert in lieu thereof "life insurance benefits".

     4. On page 1, line 22, strike "benefit" and insert in lieu thereof "life insurance benefits".

     5. On page 1, line 24, after "post-retirement", insert "life insurance".

      6. On page 2, line 1, strike "benefit" and insert in lieu thereof "life insurance benefits".

     7. On page 2, lines 4 and 5, strike "municipal post-employment benefit".

      8. On page 2, line 9, strike "benefit" and insert in lieu thereof "life insurance benefits".

      9. On page 2, line 11, strike "benefit" and insert in lieu thereof "life insurance benefits".

     10. On page 2, line 19, after "partnership", insert ", state-chartered or national bank".,

and thence referred to the WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE.
