HOUSE BILL 575

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, strike lines 17 through 20 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

                "(7) trade secrets, as defined in the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, held by a public post-secondary educational institution and proprietary commercial information provided by a private party or entity to a public post-secondary educational institution pursuant to a confidentiality agreement;".,

and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
