has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 20 through 24, remove the brackets and line-through.

     2. On page 2, line 20, before "The", insert the subsection designation "A.".

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     4. On page 2, line 21, after "recover", insert "actual".

     5. On page 2, line 22, after "or", insert "actual".

     6. On page 2, line 22, strike "him" and insert in lieu thereof "the person".

     7. On page 2, line 23, after the first occurrence of "the", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 24 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "acts or omissions of an agricultural operation.".

     8. On page 3, line 4, after "plaintiff's", insert "real".

     9. On page 3, line 11, after "plaintiff's", insert "real".

     10. On page 4, line 5, after "plaintiff's", insert "real".

     11. On page 4, line 13, strike "A" and insert in lieu thereof "B".

     12. On page 4, line 20, after "in the", insert "real".
