has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 24, strike "economic census data" and insert in lieu thereof "census bureau survey of business owners".

     2. On page 4, line 20, strike "semiannually" and insert in lieu thereof "monthly".

and thence referred to the WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE.
