    Your BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 480

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, insert the following new

paragraph:

              “(2) upon request an annual audit will be made and available to participants.”

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 19, strike “ten” and insert in lieu

thereof “twelve”.
