has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 9, line 23, strike "information in accordance with" and insert in lieu thereof "cost, quality and such other information it publishes pursuant to".

     2. On page 9, line 24, after the period, insert "The web site shall be accessible through the sunshine portal.".
