has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 24, after "practitioners", insert "as "guidelines and protocol" are" and strike "C" and insert in lieu thereof "D".

     2. On page 5, line 25, strike "6-11B-2" and insert in lieu thereof "61-11B-2".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH COMMITTEE.
