HOUSE BILL 367

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 22, strike "Revocation" and insert in lieu thereof "After revocation".

     2. On page 2, line 24, remove the bracket and line-through, and after "Act", insert a comma.

     3. On page 2, line 25, remove the line through "license or certificate".

     4. On page 3, line 10, after the closing bracket, insert ", and the revocation".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT COMMITTEE.
