AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A HOSPITALITY PROGRAM AT THE HIGHER EDUCATION CENTER AT SANTA FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the higher education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 to create a 2+2 degree program in hospitality at the Santa Fe community college higher education center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2016 shall revert to the general fund.
