HOUSE BILL 253

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 2, strike "or".

     2. On page 3, line 16, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

     3. On page 3, between lines 16 and 17, insert:

                "(3) if the charter school is not housed in a building described in Paragraph (1) or (2) of this subsection, demonstrates that the charter school has developed and is following a four-year plan to fulfill the requirements of Paragraph (1) of this subsection.".

     4. On page 4, line 4, strike the comma, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 5 and 6 and on line 7, strike "this section".
