    Your SAFETY AND CIVIL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 207

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "at least".

     2. On page 2, line 7, strike "but under" and insert in lieu thereof "to".

     3. On page 2, line 7, after "age", insert "when the perpetrator is at least eighteen years of age and is at least four years older than the child and not the spouse of that child".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
