HOUSE BILL 163

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 3, remove the brackets and line through "and".

     2. On page 2, lines 4 and 5, strike Paragraph (5) in its entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

     4. On page 3, line 2, strike "Personally identifiable information" and insert in lieu thereof "A social security number".

     5. On page 6, line 7, remove the brackets and line through "personally identifiable information".

     6. On page 6, line 7, strike "data".

     7. On page 6, line 16, strike "Personally identifiable information" and insert in lieu thereof "Social security numbers".

     8. On page 6, lines 17 and 18, remove the brackets and line through "personally identifiable".

     9. On page 6, line 18, strike "other".,

and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
