HOUSE BILL 156

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "AND A-B-C-D-F SCHOOL RATINGS".

     2. On page 3, line 15, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

     3. On page 5, line 8, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

     4. On page 5, lines 16 through 20, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

     5. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
