HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 142

Amendment sponsored by Representative

    1. On page 2, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(4) "intimate act" has the same meaning as "sexual act", as that term is defined in Section 30-9-2 NMSA 1978;".

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 24, strike the first occurrence of "of" and insert in lieu thereof "depicting or simulating an intimate act or depicting".
