    Your GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 130

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 7, after "a", insert "nonvoting ex-officio".

     2. On page 2, line 8, after "member", strike the line up to "of".

     3. On page 2, line 9, strike "thirteen" and insert in lieu thereof "fourteen".

     4. On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(3) one representative of the department of environment;".

     5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     6. On page 3, line 24, strike "reviews of" and insert in lieu thereof "a review of a random sampling of published".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT COMMITTEE.
