HOUSE BILL 101, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 2.

    2. On page 1, line 25, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "years".

    3. On page 2, line 1, strike "of age or younger".

    4. On page 2, line 3, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "years of age or younger".

    5. On page 2, line 6, strike "who is thirteen years of age or younger" and insert in lieu thereof "under the age of sixteen".

    6. On page 2, line 7, strike "first" and insert in lieu thereof "second".

    7. On page 2, strike lines 8 through 11 in their entirety.

    8. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
