HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 76, as amended

    1. On page 1, line 13, after the semicolon, insert "INCREASING TEACHER AND ADMINISTRATOR MINIMUM SALARIES;".

    2. On page 7, line 19, after "be", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 20.

    3. On page 7, line 23, after the ending bracket, insert "as follows:

             (1) for the 2015-2016 school year, thirty-four thousand dollars ($34,000);

             (2) for the 2016-2017 school year, thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000);

             (3) for the 2017-2018 school year, thirty-

eight thousand dollars ($38,000); and

             (4) for the 2018-2019 school year and each subsequent school year, forty thousand dollars ($40,000).".

    4. On page 15, lines 12 and 13, strike "forty thousand dollars ($40,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "as follows:

             (1) for the 2015-2016 school year, forty-four thousand dollars ($44,000);

             (2) for the 2016-2017 school year, forty-six thousand dollars ($46,000);

             (3) for the 2017-2018 school year, forty-eight thousand dollars ($48,000); and

             (4) for the 2018-2019 school year and each subsequent school year, fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)".

    5. On page 17, lines 12 and 13, strike "fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "as follows:

             (1) for the 2015-2016 school year, fifty-four thousand dollars ($54,000);

             (2) for the 2016-2017 school year, fifty-six thousand dollars ($56,000);

             (3) for the 2017-2018 school year, fifty-eight thousand dollars ($58,000); and

             (4) for the 2018-2019 school year and each subsequent school year, sixty thousand dollars ($60,000)".

    6. On page 18, line 16, strike "fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "the same amount as a level three-A teacher".
