HOUSE BILL 53

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, lines 10 through 12, strike Paragraph (2) in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

     "(2) "school personnel" means school personnel

that the department has licensed."".

and thence referred to the SAFETY AND CIVIL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
