    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 15 through 17, strike the figures under the Other State Funds and Total/Target columns and insert in lieu thereof:

          "Other State Funds                    Total/Target

          22,979.3                               27,421.0

          84,753.8                              350,306.5

          74,711.7                              210,329.7".

     2. On page 2, between lines 21 and 22, insert "The other state funds appropriations to the programs and infrastructure program of the department of transportation includes six million six hundred thousand dollars ($6,600,000) for maintenance, reconstruction and related construction costs of state-managed highways.".

     3. On page 3, lines 15 through 17, strike the figures under the Other State Funds and Total/Target columns and insert in lieu thereof:

          "Other State Funds                    Total/Target

          101,252.6                             104,252.6

           50,544.6                           50,544.6

           79,310.7                               79,310.7".

     4. On page 4, line 13, under the Total/Target column, strike "<12%" and insert in lieu thereof "<11%".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
