SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 4,as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 21 and 22, strike “five billion eight hundred million” and insert in lieu thereof “ten billion ($10,000,000,000)”.

     2. On page 4, line 5, strike “through 2016" and insert in lieu thereof “forward subject to state investment council approval”.
