    1. On page 3, line 2, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and strike "or the school district".

    2. On page 3, line 3, strike "operational" and insert in lieu thereof "noncapital".

    3. On page 6, line 1, strike "2014" and insert in lieu thereof "2015".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
