SENATE BILL 307

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 12, after "education", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 13 through 16 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof ", as determined by each school district, which may include a physical education program that meets state content and performance standards or participation in marching band, junior

reserve officers' training corps or any other co-curricular physical activity;".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
