AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A STUDENT SUPPORT PROGRAM AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to design and implement a student support program that identifies and provides outreach to high-risk students. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
