AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR INSTRUCTIONAL COSTS RELATED TO THE ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE DEGREE IN DENTAL HYGIENE PROGRAM AT THE ROSWELL BRANCH OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 for instructional costs related to the associate of applied science degree in dental hygiene program at the Roswell branch of eastern New Mexico university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
