AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR PROGRAMS AT THE UTTON TRANSBOUNDARY RESOURCES CENTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF LAW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred twelve thousand dollars ($612,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 for programs at the Utton transboundary resources center at the university of New Mexico school of law. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall not revert to the general fund.
